Please read some useful information about your purchase from our shop.

A) HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE OF PAPER FLOWERS FROM OUR STUDIO

1) You choose what kind of flowers you are after – wall flowers or freestanding ones.

2) Browse the product category of your choice on our web site for more inspirational photos.

3) Fill up the request form on the web site for your order and specify date / location / bump in and bump out times / number of flowers needed / your colour theme and type of flowers (if you know what exactly you are after). A photo of your venue, pictures of other décor you plan to use, an invitation design etc can be helpful as well. Once we receive all this information, we can suggest you what flowers to use as well as their number, sizes, approximate budget, etc. Alternatively, you can describe your event’s idea and specify your comfortable budget and we will adviseyou how many and what kind of flowers we can offer.

4) Once we have agreed on type, colour, number of flowers, location, date /times, prices for flowers and delivery/set up, we will book the order for production and issue an invoice. For orders up to AUD 1000 full payment required in advance to book you in. Ordersover AUD 1000 require 50% deposit to book you in with the rest of invoice to be paid 3 business days prior to shipping, pick up or delivery.

B) HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR hire FLOWERS

1) You choose what kind of flowers you wish to hire – we always have foam roses and crepe paper poppies in stock, any other flowers hire is a subject of availability. Please send us a custom order request to check if we can offer you other flowers to hire for your event.

2) Browse some inspirational photos in Flowers for hire category.

3) Fill up the request form on the web site for your order and specify date / location / bump in and bump out times / number of flowers needed / your colour theme and type of flowers (if you know what exactly you are after). A photo of your venue, pictures of other décor you plan to use, an invitation design etc can be helpful as well. Once we receive all this information, we can suggest flowers to use, amount, sizes and exact budget. Alternatively, you can describe your event’s idea and specify your comfortable budget and we will advise how many and what kind of flowers we can offer.

4) Once we have agreed on type, colour, number of flowers, location, date / times, prices for flowers and delivery/set up, we will book the order and issue an invoice. For orders up to AUD 1000 full payment required in advance to book you in. Orders over AUD 1000 require 50% deposit to book you in with the rest of invoice to be paid 3 business days prior to the event date.

5) We require security deposit to cover potential loss or damage to the flowers during the event of hire. If all goes well the deposit is fully refundable after we check the condition of the returned goods.

6) Price for hired flowers is PER flower PER day of hire. Price for delivery / set up / pack down depends on number of flowers, venue location, date, bump in and bump out times. Public holidays, weekends and night hours are reflected in the price of hire.

7) Once deposit is paid, your order is booked with us for the date needed and we make sure we have flowers and members of our crew available on that date and time to deliver, set up and pick up flowers.

8) Customer is responsible for providing clear information about the bump in (and out) time, venue address, loading dock access, contact person on site and mock up for desired arrangement installation in the venue. Team of SPF comes on the date and bump in time and install flowers. We do recommend leaving a slot in your run sheet for paper flower installation at the end of the event set up as our products are quite fragile and moving furniture or vacuuming floors around paper flowers is not a good idea.

9) Pack down of flowers happens at bump in time in the invoice. Make sure you plan your event carefully in terms of timing and guest management. We do not allow clients or other businesses to pack our flowers to minimise risk of damage of fragile products.

10) All damages made to rental property of SPF are to be paid from security deposit.

 

C) HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE OF TICKETS FOR OUR ART STUDIO CLASSES

1) You will be redirected to our other web site www.PaperProTutorials.com where we sell templates, video tutorials and tickets to offline classes.

2) Make a payment through our Checkout page at www.PaperProTutorials.com

3) After your purchase you will receive an email with a link to download your ticket (we use email that you provided while making a purchase).

4) Click the link to get access to the PDF ticket to print it out

5) Come to our studio for your class on the date and time noted in your ticket.

NOTE: we do not ship any physical items to. No physical paper flowers/angel wings/3D paper models will be sent to you. All products on the photos are made by @SydneyPaperFlowers and @PaperProTutorials just to show you the product you can make using our templates and video tutorials.

 

PAYMENT

Payment on all orders required upfront (full payment or deposit)
After we agreed on the order you get the invoice to pay.
All orders less than AUD 1000 required full payment to book production slot for you (so even before we start ordering papers for your flowers). Orders over AUD 1000 require 50% deposit to be paid to secure your production slot with the rest payable3 business days prior to final shipping / set up / delivery / pick up.
You can make a bank transfer using our bank details provided or we can send a PayPal link to pay. An option of pay cash on delivery/pick up is available upon request.

We ship our products Australia wide.

Purchased flowers

We offer customer pick up from our studio on Central Coast (11-13 The Boulevard, Woy Woy, NSW, Australia 2250) for purchased flowers

OR
Delivery via Australia Post or other reliable logistics companies

OR
SydneyPaperFlowers delivery in Sydney area. Brisbane or Melbourne deliveries are also can be managed for bulk purchases.
Hired flowers
We offer SPF delivery and set with a following pick up of hired flowers. Costs depend on date / bump in and bump out times / location / number of flowers.
Hired flowers only available for Sydney area. No interstate orders for hired flowers.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of handmade products, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on custom made items.
All our flowers are handmade in Australia from designer papers 135-350 GSM or Italian crepe papers 180 GSM, some flowers are made from fabrics (non-woven or polyester organza). We have examples of flowers available in photos we can show you prior to ordering and you are more than welcome to visit our studio in Woy Woy, Central Coast, NSW Australia to check on the quality of our products, see them in person and try them on touch and close look.

During production process we send you photos of progress so you can see how the material looks being assembled as a flower or paper model, and we also send you a photo of end product in our studio. While we do understand that screens sometimes misrepresent shades of colours, we will rely on your feedback on photos made before and during production and no returns will be allowed because colour of the flower is of a different shade to the one you have seen on your screen.

All our products are custom made right for you and we do not allow exchanges and returns unless they were damaged by logistics company during transportation. In this case the proof of damage must be made to start insurance case with logistics company.
